ScotchTM 70 eignet sich daher zur Isolation an Silikonkabeln, als Aderbewicklung an Endverschlüssen und als Isolation an Freiluftanlagen und Transformatoren. ScotchTM 70 ist bis 180 °C belastbar. Bei 20%iger Dehnung gute homogene Verschweißung.
