Practical task
A short take-home or a walkthrough of something you've built. Paid if it takes more than a few hours.

Team interviews
Two conversations with the people you'd work with — one technical, one about how we work together.

Offer
A written offer within a week of the last interview, with the salary band and everything else in writing.
